First about healthy food kinds and diets.

there are many kind of healthy food that can helpful for our health.

here I talk about the vegetable and fruits food with some other kind of low calories food that will keep us  healthy in our bodys lifes.
 as we know the vegetable have alots of values to our body that bring energy and valueble items that  body need it so in other side we know the fruits have a good tasty and good valuble items for our body that the body needs.

also there is some other kinds of food that like milk pills or free sugar pills consider under the dite food kind and it is tasty.

too there are alot of kind of food we can cooking it 
if we cooking it with oil ( alot of oil it may let it in high clolories situation).
 if we cooking it to put it just in (water until it is get ready like egg it consider in a low colories situation).

in addition we can make as you know alots of kinds of juice by the friuts make it in saingle or mix it 
with juice or with milk. it is healthy and tasty.

second part it is about a drinking wate.




as we know the water is importent for humans body and for all creatures that needs as day main amount of water to get healthy.

about human needs of water he needs at least as normal situations about 15 glasses cup daily for cover his needs of water

some situations the human feels he needs waters urgently 
1- when he do alot work that he use alots of energy.
2- we he had alots of heat streats and he need to recover from the heat by cold water.
3- when he did some kind of sports that let him feel tired so he needs water to recover.

in third part it is about the sports in two kinds just (walks sport and pushing training).





as I think if you want healthy body and healthy life you needs to do some kind of sport that you like for active your body life with some kind of control of self and hard work that mean the fith you can do 
you will get fitness.

The walking sport is about that possible mailes you can go on by walking just or hide this active as do for losing wight with some control in self how you can eat a low calories and healthy food not more than the natural it will fine and it will make good results.
 about the pushing training it is helpful and good as house activity that will help train the abdominal and hand muscels.
